Design considers apartment layouts, shared areas, daylight and the transition to the street. The programme, applicable site rules and permit documentation are addressed within an agreed scope. Engineering and other specialist appointments are coordinated according to the project.

How are architectural fees defined?
Fees depend on the programme and agreed scope. Deliverables, stages and terms should be set out in a proposal before any commitment.
Is construction supervision included?
It should not be assumed. Design, permits, engineering and supervision are distinct elements to define in the appointment.
Can I contact you from abroad?
