Do I need to own land already?
No. You can start with an idea. The final design will depend on the selected plot and its constraints.
How are architectural fees defined?
Fees depend on the programme and agreed scope. Deliverables, stages and terms should be set out in a proposal before any commitment.
Is construction supervision included?
It should not be assumed. Design, permits, engineering and supervision are distinct elements to define in the appointment.
