Tell us the project type, intended city and what matters to you. Land ownership is not required for an initial conversation. If you already have a plot, share the available documents; design will depend on its characteristics.
Connect from your country of residence
Start by WhatsApp or email and share your availability and time zone. Remote communication arrangements and any stages requiring your presence in Morocco should be agreed with the studio.
Agree the scope and stages
Before starting, agree the programme, deliverables and each party’s responsibilities. Design proposals are then discussed with you. Update frequency and approval arrangements should be specified in the appointment.
Distinguish design, permits and construction
Living abroad does not remove site and project procedures. Permit support, engineering and construction supervision must be expressly defined. Automatic approval or comprehensive management should not be assumed without an agreed scope.

Is construction supervision included?
